How are Kleo's fees calculated?

Is there an initial fixed cost, and what does it include?

Yes, there is an initial payment that activates your application and covers the preparation of documents and the support of our experts throughout the process.

Question 3

What happens if I decide to cancel the process?

If you cancel before Kleo has started working on your file, we will refund your initial payment in full within 10 days. If work has already begun, a penalty of between 50% and 100% of the agreed variable commission may apply, depending on the progress made and the documentation already prepared. How does the success fee work and when is it paid?

Fees are only charged when financing is approved, not when the money is received. In some cases, payment can be deferred until disbursement with a previously agreed deferred payment surcharge.  Public loans: up to €100,000 → 4.5%, >€1,000,001 → 3% Grants: up to €100,000 → 12%, >€1,000,001 → 10% Bank financing/guarantees: up to €100,000 → 3%, >€1,000,001 → 2.2% Private investment: up to €100,000 → 6%, >€1,000,001 → 4% For more information, see our terms and conditions.

Why do some lines have a higher fixed commission?

This is due to the greater technical and administrative effort required by these lines. Applications that require detailed technical reports, complex financial projections, or comprehensive business plans involve more specialized work, and the initial commission reflects that effort regardless of the outcome.
