Anti-Spam Policy

KLEO HUB, S.L. ("KLEO"), owner of the website www.kleohub.com, is committed to responsible and transparent commercial communication. This Anti-Spam Policy describes KLEO's practices when sending email communications and its commitment against spam practices.

1. KLEO's commitment

KLEO does not send unsolicited bulk email (spam). All its commercial communications are transparent: KLEO always identifies the sender, states the reason for contact, and provides a simple, free way to opt out.

2. Recipients and legal basis

KLEO's communications are strictly professional (B2B) and addressed to companies and professionals whose activity is relevant to KLEO's services (access to business financing).

2.1. KLEO processes professional contact data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), following the corresponding balancing assessment, and in compliance with applicable Spanish law (LSSI-CE and LOPDGDD).

2.2. Contact data is obtained from professional or publicly available sources, or provided directly in a professional context. KLEO does not use contact lists acquired without segmentation criteria, nor automatically generated addresses.

3. Sending practices

In all its communications, KLEO commits to:

• Clearly and truthfully identify the sender (KLEO HUB, S.L.).
• Never falsify or conceal the originating address or message headers.
• Never use misleading subject lines.
• Include a clear, free opt-out instruction in every message.
• Maintain responsible sending volumes and an up-to-date contact base.

4. Unsubscribing

The recipient may request to unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, through:

• The opt-out instruction included in every email, or
• A request sent to [email protected].

KLEO will action such request promptly and stop sending communications.

5. Sending domains

KLEO sends its communications from domains it owns, used exclusively for its own communications. KLEO does not use them as redirection domains or URL shorteners, does not host third-party links, content or infrastructure on them, and does not include tracking domains in the body of its messages.

6. Reporting abuse

If the recipient believes they received a communication from KLEO improperly, or wishes to report misuse of KLEO's sending domains, they may report it to [email protected], where it will be reviewed.

7. Data protection rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting [email protected]. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
