Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a society constituted with its own legal personality.
- Have a tax domicile or at least one establishment, production branch, or operational headquarters in Catalonia, or be a new establishment in the Catalan territory.
- Eligible companies are those in the following sectors or that develop industrial activities with CCAE codes between 10 and 33. In the case of production services (CCAE 33), at least 50% of their revenue must come from industrial companies. - Idescat. Statistical classifications. CCAE-2009 (ca). Divisions
- Have an annual turnover of more than 1,500,000 euros in the last closed financial year, or be part of a business group that meets this requirement.
- Not have negative equity on the date of application.
- Not have recorded continuous losses in the last three closed financial years.
