Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a company incorporated with its own legal personality.
- Have its tax domicile or at least one establishment, production branch, or operational headquarters in Catalonia, or be a new venture in Catalonia (the project is intended to establish the first production facility in Catalonia).
- Eligible companies are those in the following sectors or those engaged in industrial activities with a CCAE code between 10 and 33. In the case of production services (CCAE 33), at least 50% of their revenue must come from industrial companies.
- Have an annual revenue exceeding 1,500,000 euros in the most recent fiscal year, or be part of a business group that meets this requirement.
- Not have negative equity as of the application date.
- Not have recorded continuous losses in the last three closed fiscal years.
- Be legally incorporated and registered in the appropriate registry as of the date of publication of the call for applications.
- Under no circumstances may the following be beneficiaries:
- Self-employed individuals.
- Foundations.
- Associations.
- Industrial and production-service companies with a turnover of less than 1,500,000 euros, unless they are part of a corporate group that does meet this requirement.
- Companies that have an active transaction guaranteed by the department responsible for industry and have not yet repaid more than 50% of the loan associated with the investment project.
- Companies with entries in the Register of Unpaid Debts (RAI), in the database of the National Association of Credit Institutions (ASNEF), or with pending legal proceedings are also ineligible.
