Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a company established with its own legal personality.
- Not be a company listed on a regulated market.
- The date of incorporation of the company must be less than 5 years from the date of application.
- Have the tax residence or at least one operational establishment in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, or plan to establish it.
- Have fewer than 50 employees.
- Have an annual turnover of less than 10 million euros or a total balance sheet of less than 10 million euros.
- Eligible companies include those in the extractive, manufacturing, energy, waste, construction, transportation and storage, information and communications, and professional, scientific, and technical activities sectors, according to the CNAE expressly accepted by the call, which are: Extractive industry: CNAE 07: Extraction of metallic minerals (except 07.21 - Extraction of uranium and thorium); CNAE 08: Other extractive industries; CNAE 09: Support activities for extractive industries; Manufacturing industry: CNAE 10: Food industry (only 10.52, 10.7, 10.82, 10.84, 10.85, 10.86, 10.89, 10.9); CNAE 11: Beverage manufacturing (only 11.05, 11.06, and 11.07); CNAE 13: Textile industry; CNAE 14: Clothing manufacturing; CNAE 15: Leather and footwear industry; CNAE 16: Wood and cork industry, except furniture; basketry and wickerwork (except 16.29 - Manufacture of cork articles); CNAE 17: Paper industry; CNAE 18: Graphic arts and reproduction of recorded media; CNAE 20: Chemical industry; CNAE 21: Pharmaceutical product manufacturing; CNAE 22: Rubber and plastics manufacturing; CNAE 23: Manufacturing of other non-metallic mineral products; CNAE 24: Metallurgy (only 24.4, 24.53, and 24.54); CNAE 25: Manufacturing of metal products, except machinery and equipment; CNAE 26: Manufacturing of computer, electronic, and optical products; CNAE 27: Manufacturing of electrical material and equipment; CNAE 28: Manufacturing of machinery and equipment; CNAE 29: Manufacturing of motor vehicles, trailers, and semitrailers; CNAE 30: Manufacturing of other transport material; CNAE 31: Furniture manufacturing; CNAE 32: Other manufacturing industries; CNAE 33: Repair and installation of machinery and equipment; Energy supply: CNAE 35: Supply of electric power, gas, steam, and air conditioning (only 35.30 - Ice manufacturing); Waste management and decontamination: CNAE 38: Collection, treatment, and disposal of waste; recovery (not eligible if public income exceeds 50% of their turnover); CNAE 39: Decontamination activities and other waste management services; Construction: CNAE 43: Specialized construction activities (only 43.20 - Electrical, plumbing, and other installations in construction works); Transportation and storage: CNAE 52: Storage and activities auxiliary to transportation (only 52.10 and 52.24, and provided they are not registered under CNAE 49, 50, or 51); Information and communications: CNAE 58: Publishing (only 58.21 and 58.29); CNAE 59: Cinematographic, video, and television program activities, sound recording and music publishing (only 59.12, 59.15, 59.16, and 59.20); CNAE 62: Programming, consulting, and other activities related to computer science; CNAE 63: Information services (only 63.1); Professional, scientific, and technical activities: CNAE 71: Technical services of architecture and engineering; testing and technical analysis (only 71.2); CNAE 72: Research and development (only if the main activity corresponds to this CNAE); CNAE 74: Other professional, scientific, and technical activities (only 74.1).
- Not have been established through operations of concentration, merger, division, transformation, or succession, unless the acquired activity represents less than 10% of the combined business volume.
- Not have a legal form of association, foundation, civil society, community of goods, public law corporation, or consortium.
- Not have negative equity on the date of application.
- Not have recorded continuous losses in the last two closed financial years.
