Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be a company with its own legal personality of any size (micro, small, medium, or large) or an individual engaged in economic activity (self-employed) that offers goods or services on the market.
• Self-employed individuals must be registered in the Spanish Tax Agency's Census of Business Owners, Professionals, and Withholding Agents.
• Not be a vehicle dealership or retailer. Businesses whose registered activity is the wholesale or retail trade of land vehicles (headings 615.1 and 654.1 of the Spanish Economic Activities Tax) are excluded.
• The transaction (purchase, financial lease, or rental) must be formalized in Spain, and the vehicle must be registered in Spain.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• Maximum of 10 vehicles per beneficiary for businesses and 3 vehicles for individuals engaged in economic activity.
• Only one grant per vehicle: You may not reapply for a grant in the event of successive transfers of a vehicle that has already received a grant.
• The de minimis aid limit must not be exceeded; the total amount of de minimis aid granted to a single company may not exceed 300,000 euros during any period of three fiscal years.
