Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a private individual or legal entity.
- Be the owner of the tourist accommodation establishment, or the operator, lessee, or concessionaire with a valid contract that expressly grants the authority to undertake the construction work.
- Energy service companies (ESCs) acting under an energy services contract with one of these establishments may also apply.
- Not have negative equity as of the application date.
- Not have reported consecutive losses in the last three closed fiscal years.
- Have no entries in the Registry of Unpaid Debts (RAI/BALSA), with ASNEF, or in any judicial records.
- Be current on tax obligations with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and the Catalonia Tax Agency, as well as on Social Security obligations.
- The establishment must be located in Catalonia and be a lodging facility (hotel or guesthouse), a tourist apartment, a campground, or a rural tourism establishment.
- It must have been in operation for at least two years and hold the required business license.
- It must be registered with the Catalonia Tourism Registry at the time of submitting the application; the person listed as the owner in that registry is considered the owner.
- The applicant must not have been sanctioned by the General Directorate of Tourism for a serious or very serious violation in the last three years.
