Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

To be a society constituted with its own legal personality.

To have the tax domicile or at least one establishment, production branch, or operational headquarters in Catalonia for at least 2 years, or to be a new establishment in the Catalan territory.

Not to have moved its center of activity outside Catalonia in the two years prior to the application.

Eligible companies are those from the following sectors or that develop industrial activities included in the Catalan Classification of Economic Activities (CCAE); production service activities with at least 50% of turnover coming from industrial companies; or activities in the automotive sector aimed at automation, connectivity, decarbonization, or new mobility models.

Not to have negative equity on the date of application.

Not to have recorded continuous losses in the last three closed financial years.
