Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be a company or self-employed individual with registered office in Spain.
• Make definitive sales of goods or services to a debtor located in Spain and issue the corresponding invoices.
• As an alternative to an invoice, have a supporting document agreed upon with another company with a registered office in Spain, whereby the purchasing company commits to acquiring the goods, regardless of the name or form of such document.
• Pass the credit institution’s risk assessment: the institution reviews, approves, and formalizes the transaction in accordance with its internal criteria.
• There is no minimum length of operation or company size requirement.
• Unless the specific terms of the credit line state otherwise, the following are not eligible for financing:
  • Individuals.
  • Financial institutions.
  • Political parties.
  • Customers whose business operates in the manufacture or distribution of weapons or ammunition (CNAE 2540) sector.
