Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a company established with its own legal personality.
- Have a tax domicile or at least one establishment, production branch, or development headquarters in Catalonia.
- Have fewer than 499 employees.
- Have an annual turnover of less than 100 million euros or a total balance sheet of less than 86 million euros.
- Companies from all sectors are eligible, except those whose main activity is related to the primary production of agricultural products, fishing, or aquaculture (except for processing or marketing), activities directly linked to export, or that violate the principle of "do no significant harm" (DNSH).
- Not have negative equity at the date of application.
- Not have recorded continuous losses in the last three closed financial years.
