Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be a company (natural or legal person), self-employed individual, worker-owned company or cooperative, community of property, civil partnership, or nonprofit organization.
• The following are ineligible to receive grants: the General State Administration and its public sector entities, the administrations of the Autonomous Communities, local government entities, and public agencies and entities governed by public law that are affiliated with or dependent on them.
• Have the workplace for the subsidized contract located in Castilla-La Mancha.
• Have an employee with a part-time permanent contract in effect that is eligible for conversion to full-time status. A net increase in the permanent workforce is not required, nor is prior registration of the individual as a job seeker.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• The total number of subsidized contracts may not exceed, across lines 1 and 2, 25 per beneficiary entity per call for proposals.
• Do not exceed the de minimis aid limit: €300,000 over a three-year period. The limit is €750,000 for companies providing services of general economic interest and €20,000 for companies engaged in the primary production of agricultural products.
• The following are not eligible for subsidies: conversions of permanent-intermittent contracts, or those involving individuals in categories 1 (long-term unemployed) and 16 (from temporary employment agencies).
• Not eligible are grants to companies operating in sectors excluded from the de minimis rules, unless the separation of activities or the distinction of costs is guaranteed.
• Only one application per contract and line is allowed; if more than one is submitted, only the last one submitted will be accepted.
