Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be a company (individual or legal entity), self-employed person, worker-owned company or cooperative, community of property, civil partnership, or nonprofit organization.
• The following are not eligible: the General State Administration and its public sector entities, the administrations of the Autonomous Communities, local government entities, or public agencies and public-law entities affiliated with or dependent on them.
• The workplace for the subsidized contract must be located in Castilla-La Mancha.
• The hiring must result in a net increase in the number of permanent contracts at workplaces in Castilla-La Mancha: the daily average of permanent contracts during the 90 calendar days prior to the start of the contract (excluding voluntary terminations) must be lower than the number of permanent employees on the payroll on the day the new hire begins.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• The total number of subsidized contracts may not exceed, across lines 1 and 2, 25 per beneficiary entity per call for proposals.
• Do not exceed the de minimis aid limit: €300,000 over a three-year period. The limit is €750,000 for companies providing services of general economic interest and €20,000 for companies engaged in the primary production of agricultural products.
• Aid is not eligible for companies operating in sectors excluded from the de minimis regulations, unless the separation of activities or the distinction of costs is guaranteed.
