Requirements

Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

  • Be an SME, in which case any ordinary indefinite hire qualifies, including the first one; or be a self-employed worker or a member of a professional mutual society, in which case only the second and subsequent ordinary indefinite hires qualify.
  • Self-employed workers and mutual society members must be registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or in the corresponding alternative mutual society.
  • Have the workplace where the hired person provides their services in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

  • Do not submit more than one application for the same hiring in the same grant line.
  • Declare compliance with the de minimis aid regulations. The general limit is €300,000 over three consecutive fiscal years (€100,000 for road freight transport companies).
