Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be an SME, including civil partnerships with legal personality, or be a self-employed worker registered with the applicable Social Security system or with the mutual insurance association of their professional association (regardless of whether they are also a member of a worker-owned cooperative, an employee-owned company, a civil partnership, a community of property, or a partner in a commercial corporation),
• Employ between 1 and 250 workers.
• Annual revenue ≤ €50 million or annual balance sheet total < €43 million.
• Conduct business operations and have at least one workplace in Extremadura.
• There are no restrictions based on industry or the company’s length of operation.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• Nonprofit organizations and public entities are not eligible to receive aid.
• The de minimis aid limit must not be exceeded: the total amount of de minimis aid may not exceed €300,000 over any three-year period.
• Aid may not be granted to a company for the same employee for more than two consecutive rounds under the same program.
• Each employee may only apply for one of the two funding lines (telework or flexible hours); if an agreement includes both measures, the employee may only apply for one funding line.
