Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be a self-employed worker registered with the relevant Social Security scheme or with their professional association's mutual fund (whether or not also a member of a worker cooperative, labour company, civil partnership, joint ownership or a partner in a commercial company), or be an SME, including civil partnerships with legal personality.
• Employ between 1 and 250 workers.
• Annual turnover ≤ €50 million or annual balance sheet < €43 million.
• Carry out the activity and have at least one workplace in Extremadura.
• No sector restriction (no eligible or excluded NACE codes) and no minimum company age.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• Non-profit entities and public entities are not eligible.
• Do not exceed the de minimis ceiling (Regulation (EU) 2023/2831): total de minimis aid may not exceed €300,000 over any three-year period.
• A company cannot receive aid for the same worker in more than two consecutive calls under the same line.
• Each worker can only be covered by one of the two lines (remote work or flexible hours); if an agreement includes both measures, only one line may be chosen.
• Not be subject to the prohibitions in Article 12 of Extremadura Law 6/2011 on Grants.
