Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be an SME (self-employed individuals and legal entities, as well as joint property entities with a single representative).
• Carry out the subsidized activity at a workplace located in the Region of Murcia.
• Any sector of activity, except for the primary production of fishery and aquaculture products and agricultural products. No general CNAE codes are required (only certain services require them; see below).
• For the 15-point increase in aid intensity, the activity must fall within a RIS4 Murcia Region 2021–2027 sector (see below).
• If the business also operates in excluded activities, it will only receive aid for eligible activities, provided that the activities and costs are kept separate.
• CNAE codes of the RIS4 Región de Murcia 2021-2027 areas (Annex III) that qualify for the 15-point increase (primary production, fishing and aquaculture excluded):
  • Agri-food: 10, C11, C17, C201, C202, C222, C231, C281, C282, C283, C284, C289.
  • Water and Environment: E36, E37, E38, E39.
  • Logistics: C292, H492, H494, H495, H502, H504, H512, H52.
  • Energy: C253, C271, C272, C273, D35.

• Requirements per service (number of employees = average workforce of the calendar year before the call; for companies set up in the year of the call, a certificate of average workforce from incorporation or IAE registration until the call is published):
  • TIC-12.1 Cybersecurity (planning and implementation): not to have received, in the last 4 years, KIT Digital (cybersecurity), Activa Ciberseguridad or a cybersecurity Cheque TIC.
  • TIC-12.2 Cybersecurity certifications: not to have received a cybersecurity Cheque TIC that already included certification under the same standard.
  • TIC-12.3 SOC: at least 5 employees; no previous Cheque TIC for this service.
  • TIC-12.4 OT cybersecurity: at least 3 employees; industrial sector (CNAE 10 to 33); no previous Cheque TIC for this service.
  • TIC-12.5 Cognitive simulation: at least 5 employees; no previous Cheque TIC for this service.
  • TIC-13 Automation and AI: not to have received, in the last 4 years, KIT Digital (process management, customer management or BI, with associated AI) or the TIC-20 Cheque TIC (AI implementation).
  • TIC-16 BI: at least 3 employees; no Cheque TIC for this service in the last 4 years.
  • TIC-22 MES: at least 3 employees; industrial sector (CNAE 10 to 33); no previous Cheque TIC for this service.
  • TIC-23 Digital twin: at least 10 employees; no previous Cheque TIC for this service.
  • TIC-24 Satellite data: no previous Cheque TIC for this service.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• Do not exceed the de minimis aid threshold: the total de minimis aid granted to a single company may not exceed €300,000 gross over any three-year period.
• Only one application per company per call for proposals: The first application submitted by the deadline is considered valid; subsequent applications will be rejected.
• The company must not have previously received certain types of aid or ICT Vouchers, depending on the service (see company requirements).
• The grants do not apply to activities related to exports (grants linked to export volumes, distribution networks, or other operating expenses related to export activities) or to those that require the use of domestic products over imported ones.
• Investments to implement or improve telework are not eligible for subsidies.
