Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a SME validly established at the time of application:
- Small enterprise: Employ fewer than 50 employees and have an annual turnover or annual balance sheet of less than 10 million euros.
- Medium enterprise: Employ fewer than 250 employees and have an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euros or an annual balance sheet not exceeding 43 million euros.
- Have a work center in the Community of Madrid from which activities are developed and regularly engage in an economic activity directed at the market.
- Preferably belong to traditional sectors, not be technology producers, and whose business model is not based on the development and intensive use of technology.
- Must not engage in activities in the following sectors and CNAE-2009:
- Section G: Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles (excluding all divisions, groups, and classes).
- Section J: Information and communications. For Action 10 (software development), companies from divisions 61: Telecommunications; 62: Programming, consultancy, and other activities related to computer science; and 63: Information services are excluded.
- Section K: Financial and insurance activities (excluding all divisions, groups, and classes).
- Section L: Real estate activities (excluding all divisions, groups, and classes).
- Cannot be beneficiaries:
- Young innovative companies based on technology (start-ups or spin-offs), defined as commercial companies with a maximum age of 5 years.
- SMEs belonging to commercial sectors.
- Individuals, associations, foundations, non-profit entities, civil societies, and communities of goods.
- Entities and public companies with their own legal personality, linked to or dependent on Public Administrations.
