Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be an SME (self-employed persons and legal entities; also communities of property without legal personality, with a single representative), as defined in Annex I of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014:
  • Fewer than 250 employees.
  • Annual turnover ≤ €50M or annual balance sheet total ≤ €43M.
• Open to any sector of activity, except primary production of fishery and aquaculture products and primary production of agricultural products.
• Carry out the subsidised activity at a workplace open in the Region of Murcia.
• NACE codes: no specific code is required in general; only for services A4G2-1 (Section C divisions 10 to 33 and Section E divisions 36 to 39) and A4G5-2 (CNAE-2025: C 10-33; D, E and F 35-43; H 49-52; J and K 58-63; N 71, 72 and 74; R 86 and 87). Activities within the RIS4 Región de Murcia (Annex III of the rules, CNAE 2009) receive 15 additional percentage points of aid intensity.
• Headcount requirements by service (average workforce of the calendar year prior to the call; for companies set up in the year of the call, a certificate of average workforce from incorporation or IAE registration until publication):
  • A1G3-2 (HR): ≥ 10 employees.
  • A2G1-4, A2G1-5, A2G1-6, A2G1-7 and A2G4-1: ≥ 3 employees.
  • A4G5-2: at least 1 employee with skills in the subject of the project (RNT, standard CV and related university or vocational degree).
  • Other services: no headcount requirement.
• Minimum/maximum company age, profitability or minimum equity: not applicable.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• Not exceed the de minimis aid limit: total de minimis aid granted to a single undertaking may not exceed €300,000 gross over any three-year period (Regulation (EU) 2023/2831).
• Only one application per company and call is accepted (if several are filed, the first one registered within the deadline is valid).
• Maximum aid of €30,000 per beneficiary and call.
• Service A5G4-1: not to have been granted aid for the same service in previous calls under the current rules.
• Services A4G2-1 and A4G3-3: reduced maximum amount if the company has already benefited from the same service in previous calls under the current rules.
• Activities related to exports are not eligible (aid linked to exported quantities, distribution networks or other current expenditure of export activity), nor aid conditional on the use of domestic over imported goods.
• If the company also operates in excluded activities, it may only receive aid for the eligible ones, provided activities and costs are separated.
• The service cannot be contracted from a provider already designated by 10 beneficiary companies with earlier applications in the same call (another provider can be chosen during the correction period).
• For the de minimis limit, the concept of "single undertaking" (linked companies) applies.
