Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

  • Be a legal entity: an SME that needs financing for its project. The ICF also accepts self-employed individuals.
  • Have a registered office or operational headquarters in Catalonia. An operational headquarters is sufficient; a registered office in Catalonia is not required.
  • Have an investment plan or project, described in the application and supported by a detailed budget.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

  • The ICF does not provide financing for real estate development, except for public housing.
