Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a company established with its own legal personality.
- Have fewer than 250 employees.
- Must demonstrate signs of project operation.
- Have an annual turnover of less than 50 million euros or a total balance sheet of less than 43 million euros.
- Have its registered office in Spain or be domiciled in the European Union with an interest in Spain (understood as having a subsidiary or production, research, service, or development center with its registered office in Spain and a significant number of employees, ownership of technology, or development of it).
- Develop the activity mainly in Spain.
- Have started commercial operations and have market traction, preferably in the form of recurring revenue, and if not, through user validation metrics.
- The business model must be innovative, novel, or have clear competitive advantages.
- Companies in the agri-food sector and rural areas are eligible.
- Partners must contribute, via capital increase or through own funds, an amount equivalent to the amount requested in the loan.
