Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a natural person or a company established with its own legal personality.
- Have at least one tourist accommodation establishment in Catalonia: hotels, hostels, guesthouses, tourist apartments, campsites, or rural tourism.
- Be the owner with a valid activity license and an activity registered for at least 2 years, or an operator, tenant, concessionaire, or energy service company (ESCO) with a valid contract with sufficient authority to carry out actions on the establishment.
- Not have negative equity on the date of application.
- Not have recorded continuous losses in the last three closed financial years.
