Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a company established with its own legal personality
- Be a large company, SME, Startup, or a research center.
- Develop Research, Development, or Technological Innovation projects (R&D&I) and/or have expenses related to such activities.
- Have a tax residence in Spain.
- Carry out activities in Spain.
- Be in one of the following situations:
- Anticipate losses in the fiscal year and be unable to take advantage of the deductions in their tax.
- Have profits, but not enough to take advantage of the deductions.
- Carry over a pool of deductions from previous years.
- Not have the Innovative SME seal and be unable to take advantage of Social Security bonuses and deductions.
