Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a corporation with its own legal personality that employs one or more salaried employees.
- Be a natural person (a self-employed individual registered under the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA)), regardless of whether or not they have employees.
- Not be a public corporation or public-law entity, or an organization in which it holds a majority stake.
- Not be a company whose activities include the rental of materials and equipment intended for rental, sale, or economic activity.
- Not be a group of natural or legal persons, whether public or private.
- Not be a community of property or any other type of economic unit or separate estate.
- Carry out economic activity in the Community of Madrid.
- Carry out the expenses or activities eligible for the grant at workplaces located within the territory of the Community of Madrid.
