Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Being a SME or business association predominantly composed of SMEs.
- A SME is considered to be a company that meets the criteria of Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014: fewer than 250 people and an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euros or a balance sheet total not exceeding 43 million euros.
- Having an operational establishment in Andalusia.
- Not having the legal form of a civil society, community of goods, public law corporation, or consortium.
- Belonging to any sector of activity, oriented towards foreign trade, although specific de minimis limits are established for companies in the agricultural, fishing, and aquaculture sectors.
