Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a SME with a registered office or workplace in Castilla y León.
- A SME is considered to be a company with fewer than 250 people and an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euros or a total annual balance sheet not exceeding 43 million euros.
- Belong to an accepted sector of activity. Companies whose main economic activity corresponds to the following CNAE-2009 codes are excluded:
- 2611: Manufacture of electronic components.
- 2612: Manufacture of assembled printed circuit boards.
- 2620: Manufacture of computers and peripheral equipment.
- 2630: Manufacture of telecommunications equipment.
- 2640: Manufacture of consumer electronic products.
- 2680: Manufacture of magnetic and optical media.
- 4651: Wholesale trade of computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
- 4652: Wholesale trade of electronic and telecommunications equipment and their components.
- 5821: Video game publishing.
- 5829: Publishing of other software.
- 6110: Wired telecommunications.
- 6120: Wireless telecommunications.
- 6130: Satellite telecommunications.
- 6190: Other telecommunications activities.
- 6201: Computer programming activities.
- 6202: Computer consulting activities.
- 6203: Management of computer resources.
- 6209: Other services related to information technology and computing.
- 6311: Data processing, hosting, and related activities.
- 6312: Web portals.
- 9511: Repair of computers and peripheral equipment.
- 9512: Repair of communication equipment.
- Not be engaged in the primary production of fishery, aquaculture, or agricultural products; nor in the processing and marketing of such products under certain conditions.
- Not engage in activities related to export to third countries or member states.
