Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Being self-employed or SMEs.
- A SME is considered to be a company with fewer than 250 people and an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euros or an annual balance sheet not exceeding 43 million euros.
- A small business is defined as one that employs fewer than 50 people and whose annual turnover or balance sheet does not exceed 10 million euros.
- A microenterprise is one that employs fewer than 10 people and whose annual turnover or balance sheet does not exceed 2 million euros.
- Communities of goods, civil societies, foundations, and non-profit associations cannot be beneficiaries.
- Have a work center in Castilla y León.
- Belong to any sector of activity, with the following exclusions:
- Fishing and aquaculture.
- Primary production of agricultural products.
- Transformation and marketing of agricultural products, under certain conditions.
- Activities related to export.
- Activities that condition the use of national products over imported ones.
- Manufacturing, transformation, and marketing of tobacco.
- Investment in waste disposal in landfills.
