Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a SME, regardless of its legal form, including self-employed individuals.
- A SME is considered to be a company that employs fewer than 250 workers and whose annual turnover does not exceed 50 million euros or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed 43 million euros.
- Groups of individuals or legal entities, communities of goods, temporary business unions (UTEs), and other economic units without legal personality may also be beneficiaries.
- Have a productive center in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura.
- Excluded are companies operating in the following sectors:
- Primary production of fishing and aquaculture products.
- Processing and marketing of fishing and aquaculture products, if the aid is determined based on price or quantity.
- Primary production of agricultural products.
- Processing and marketing of agricultural products, if the aid is determined based on price/quantity or is passed on to primary producers.
- Activities related to exporting to third countries or to Member States.
- Aid conditioned on the use of national products over imported ones.
- Public companies, public law entities, non-profit entities, and those predominantly owned by these cannot be beneficiaries.
- Companies that, due to their activity, can be considered experts to carry out the project work cannot be beneficiaries.
