Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be companies, self-employed individuals, groups of natural or legal persons (public or private), communities of goods, or any other economic unit or separate assets.
- Have a work center in the Region of Murcia where the subsidized activity is carried out.
- For the increase in aid for first hiring, not having had workers hired during the year prior to the hiring.
- Cannot be beneficiaries:
- Entities, organizations, and entities that are part of the public sector.
- Companies that have terminated contracts due to recognized or declared unfair dismissal or due to collective dismissal in the 12 months prior to the hiring. The exclusion will affect a number of applications equal to the number of terminations.
