Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Eligible Recipients: self-employed individuals (self-employed natural persons), legal entities, and entities without legal personality with a place of business in Castile and León.
- Have fewer than 250 employees registered under the social security contribution account code for the province to which the workplace where the beneficiary provides services is assigned.
- A temporary employment rate of less than 20% as of the start date of the contract (not required if the workforce consists of fewer than 10 employees).
- The hired individual must be unemployed and registered as an active job seeker with the Public Employment Service and belong to one of the following groups: young people under 30 years of age; the long-term unemployed; people over 45 years of age; women; people with a disability of ≥33%; people at risk of social exclusion; immigrants; refugees or those entitled to asylum; and emigrants from Castile and León returning from abroad.
- The hiring must result in a net increase in the permanent workforce compared to the previous 12 months.
- Subsidies are available for standard full-time permanent contracts (excluding permanent seasonal contracts and permanent contracts with any other specific clauses).
- Not part of the public sector.
