Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a private-sector SME, a self-employed individual, a member of a professional association, or a private nonprofit organization. Both individuals and legal entities are eligible.
- Carry out the activity in Cantabria: the work must be performed at worksites located within the Autonomous Community.
- Enter into (or extend) a training contract as specified in the call for applications.
- The following are not eligible:
- Companies with a final decision of revocation or repayment within the previous 3 years, due to failure to comply with the obligation to report changes, incidents, or terminations of the subsidized contract.
- Companies that, in the 12 months prior to registration, have terminated permanent contracts at workplaces in Cantabria due to null or unjustified termination (any involuntary termination is presumed to be unjustified unless there is documentary evidence to the contrary).
- Companies automatically excluded from access to employment programs (Articles 46 and 46 bis of the LISOS).
- Special employment centers registered as such.
