Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a company of any size (SME or large company): self-employed entrepreneurs, commercial companies, cooperatives, foundations, associations and civil partnerships, with or without legal personality.
- Have an establishment in Navarre where the subsidised project is carried out.
- Be registered for the Business Activities Tax (IAE).
- Be registered, or have applied for registration, in the Navarre Industrial Register where applicable (art. 3 of Foral Order 152/2013).
- Applicants without legal personality must appoint a single representative or attorney and state in the application the execution commitments of each member.
- Have a Digital Transformation Plan (PTD) and/or a Cybersecurity Plan (PCS) subsidised under one of these programmes:
- PTD: Activa Industria and Activa Crecimiento (Order ICT/819/2022); Itinerarios 4.0 of the Government of Navarre (BON no. 129, 4 July 2019); Agentes del Cambio – Kit Consulting (Order TDF/436/2024).
- PCS: Activa Ciberseguridad (Order ICT/819/2022); cybersecurity advisory services of Kit Consulting (Order TDF/436/2024); cybersecurity advisory services of the Navarra Cybersecurity Center.
- Compliance is proven through a responsible declaration included in the application form.
