Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a company, individual entrepreneur or professional, community of goods, civil society, association, foundation, or other non-profit entity.
- Have the registered office, tax residence, and workplace in Bizkaia.
- In the case of individual entrepreneurs, professionals, partners, or co-owners, they must have their habitual residence in Bizkaia.
- Have a workforce of up to 250 people.
- Not be directly or indirectly owned by companies that do not meet the above requirements by more than 25%.
- Be registered in the Register of Entities and Individuals (REPPE) prior to and as a requirement for the application.
- Excluded are:
- Autonomous organizations, public companies, and associations or non-profit entities dependent on or linked to the administration (local, regional, autonomous, or central).
- Temporary Work Companies (ETT).
- Other private entities dependent on or linked to the above.
- Communities of property owners.
- Temporary Business Unions (UTE).
