Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Have its own legal personality.
- Have a registered office and tax residence, and at least one production center in Bizkaia.
- Have between 5 and 100 employees (full-time equivalents).
- Companies must carry out their main activity in one of the sectors included in the CNAE Annex: extractive industries (Section B), manufacturing industry (Section C), supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning (Section D), water supply, sanitation activities, and waste management (Section E), construction except real estate development (Section F, excluding group 41.1), wholesale trade except retail trade (Section G, excluding division 47), transportation and storage (Section H), hospitality except beverage establishments (Section I, excluding group 56.3), information and communications (Section J), professional, scientific, and technical activities (Section M), administrative activities and auxiliary services except security and investigation (Section N, excluding division 80), education only auxiliary activities (division 85.6 of Section P), health and social services (divisions 87 and 88 of Section Q), artistic, recreational, and entertainment activities (divisions 90 and 91 and group 93.2 of Section R), and repair of computers and personal items (division 95 of Section S).
