Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be employers of a private legal nature, including individuals classified under the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).
- Have the workplace in the Valencian Community, where the hired person will provide services. The company must be registered with a Contribution Account Code in the Valencian Community.
- Sector and scope of activity: The following are excluded:
- Companies dedicated to the primary production of fishery and aquaculture products.
- Companies dedicated to the primary production of agricultural products.
- Activities related to the export to third countries or member states.
- Excluded as beneficiaries:
- Groups of individuals or legal entities, public or private, civil societies, communities of goods, or any other economic unit lacking legal personality.
- Special Employment Centers (CEE) and Insertion Companies (EI).
- Temporary work companies (ETT) for providing the worker to user companies.
- Entities that have been excluded as beneficiaries of employment programs.
