To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

To be a society constituted with its own legal personality.

To have its tax residence in Spain.

To carry out the activity mainly in Spain.

To have an accepted corporate legal form:

Labor companies

Public business entities

State commercial companies

Individuals

Self-employed

Communities of goods

Civil or collective societies

Associations

Foundations

NGOs
-
Public or private research organizations

Except if they are registered in the IAE with ≥ 2 years of seniority and regular economic activity.

In oriented projects: minimum credit rating of B-.

Not to have debts with CDTI from previous aids.

In consortium:

Group of 2–6 companies autonomous from each other

At least one SME
-
Signed collaboration agreement
-
Designated coordinating company

Companies from all sectors are eligible, except those that violate DNSH.
