Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a society constituted with its own legal personality.
- Have a tax domicile or at least an operational establishment, production branch, or activity in the Valencian Community.
- Have fewer than 50 employees.
- Have an annual turnover of less than 10 million euros or a balance sheet of less than 10 million euros.
- The date of incorporation of the company must be between 4 months and 5 years from the date of application.
- At least 15% of the workforce must be assigned to the center in the Valencian Community, with a minimum of one employee with an employment contract with a minimum seniority of 4 months, or the administrator must be registered as a corporate self-employed since incorporation.
- Not have carried out operations of merger, demerger, absorption, concentration, or acquisition of other companies or branches of activity, unless the acquired activity represents less than 10% of the total business volume.
- Not have distributed profits since its incorporation nor be part of a consolidated group that has distributed profits.
- Not be a listed company on a regulated market.
- Companies from all sectors are eligible, except those related to: production and marketing of weapons, tobacco, alcohol, nuclear energy, gambling, betting, pornography, cryptocurrencies, financial intermediation (except innovative fintech or insurtech), or activities not aligned with DNSH.
- Not be majority-owned by public entities, foundations, or public bodies.
- The business model must be innovative, novel, or have clear competitive advantages.
- The applicant must be in an ongoing private co-investment round, formalized or in the closing phase, conducted within the 6 months before or after the application.
- At least 30% of the total investment amount must be committed (disbursed or formalized through a binding agreement).
- The private investor must be new and independent of the applicant company to date.
