Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Be a society constituted with its own legal personality.
• Have a minimum age of two years from the date of incorporation.
• Have at least one employee or a self-employed corporate worker on staff.
• Have facilities or activity centers located in one of the following municipalities of the Community of Valencia: Alaquàs, Albal, Albalat de la Ribera, Alborache, Alcàsser, L'Alcúdia, Aldaia, Alfafar, Alfarb, Algemesí, Alginet, Almussafes, Alzira, Benetússer, Benicull de Xúquer, Benifaió, Beniparrell, Bétera, Bugarra, Buñol, Calles, Camporrobles, Carcaixent, Carlet, Castelló, Catadau, Catarroja, Caudete de las Fuentes, Chera, Cheste, Chiva, Chulilla, Corbera, Cullera, Dos Aguas, Favara, Fortaleny, Fuenterrobles, Gestalgar, Godelleta, Guadassuar, La Pobla Llarga, L'Énova, Llaurí, Llíria, Llocnou de la Corona, Llombai, Loriguilla (only urban nucleus next to A-3), Macastre, Manises, Manuel, Massanassa, Millares, Mislata, Montroi/Montroy, Montserrat, Paiporta, Paterna, Pedralba, Picanya, Picassent, Polinyà de Xúquer, Quart de Poblet, Rafelguaraf, Real, Requena, Riba-roja de Túria, Riola, Sedaví, Senyera, Siete Aguas, Silla, Sinarcas, Sollana, Sot de Chera, Sueca, Tavernes de la Valldigna, Torrent, Tous, Turís, Utiel, Vilamarxant, Xirivella, Yátova, as well as in the southern districts of Valencia: Faitanar, La Torre, Forn d'Alcedo, Castellar-Oliveral, Pinedo, El Saler, El Perellonet, and El Palmar.
• Not belong to any excluded sector: illegal economic activities, production and trade of tobacco or distilled alcoholic beverages, weapons and ammunition, financial, insurance, or real estate intermediation. In case of operating in excluded and non-excluded sectors, prove the separation of activities and costs to prevent excluded sectors from benefiting from funding.
• Not have negative own funds as of the date of the last accounting closure.
• Not have recorded continuous losses in the last two closed financial years.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

Depending on the applicable aid regime, the company must:

• If it applies for Article 50 of Regulation 651/2014 (aid for natural disasters): demonstrate the direct causal relationship with the storm, justify the calculation of damages, and ensure that the aid does not exceed 100% of the damage suffered;
• If it applies for Article 17 of Regulation 651/2014 (aid for investment in SMEs): have fewer than 250 employees, an annual turnover of less than 50 million euros or a balance sheet of less than 43 million euros, and not exceed the maximum aid intensities of 20% (for micro and small enterprises) or 10% (for medium-sized enterprises);
• If it applies for the de minimis regime: not have exceeded the maximum limits of aid received in the last three fiscal years (300,000 euros for companies in general or 25,000 euros for the agricultural sector).
