Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a society constituted with its own legal personality.
- Have its tax residence in Spain.
- Have an accepted legal form: capital companies (S.L., S.A., limited partnerships by shares), cooperatives, labor societies, public business entities, state commercial companies, or agricultural transformation societies.
- Individuals, self-employed persons, communities of goods, civil or collective societies, economic interest groups, UTEs, SIMs, associations, foundations, and non-profit entities are not accepted (unless they carry out regular economic activity and have been registered in the IAE for at least two years). They cannot be research organizations or public or private R&D+i centers.
- Companies from all sectors are eligible, except those that engage in activities that do not comply with the "do no significant harm" (DNSH) principle.
- Have at least one establishment, production branch, development or activity headquarters for at least 2 years in one of the assisted regions according to the Regional Aid Map 2022–2027: Zones “a” (admit SMEs and large companies): Andalusia (fully included, with higher intensities in Cádiz, Córdoba, and Almería), Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha, Canary Islands (with additional intensities as it is an outermost region), Ceuta, and Melilla. Zones “c” (only SMEs): Aragon (partially included; Teruel zone “c” predetermined), Castilla y León (partially included; Soria zone “c” predetermined), Catalonia (Terres de l’Ebre, Baix Camp, Camp de Tarragona, Penedès, Anoia, Bages, Osona, Baix Llobregat Nord and Sud, Girona, Vallès Occidental, Pla de Lleida), Community of Madrid (Corredor del Henares and Metropolitan South), Navarra (areas with a total population of 67,908), Basque Country (expanded left bank, 207,440), Asturias, Balearic Islands, Cantabria, Valencia Community, Galicia, and La Rioja (all fully included).
