Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a society constituted with its own legal personality.
- Have fewer than 499 employees.
- Have an annual turnover of less than 100 million euros or a total balance sheet of less than 86 million euros.
- Have foreign participation equal to or greater than 50% of the share capital. Foreign partners can be legal entities domiciled abroad or individuals not residing in Spain.
- Have a tax residence or, at least, a permanent establishment or branch in Spain.
