Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- To be:
- A society constituted with its own legal personality.
- A self-employed individual registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).
- A private non-profit entity.
- A civil society.
- A community of goods.
- An association of natural or legal persons.
- To have a registered office and tax residence in Spanish territory.
- To be registered in the special regime for self-employed workers or in the mutual insurance of the corresponding professional association according to their activity, at the date of the hiring for which the aid is requested.
