Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Being:
  • A society constituted with its own legal personality
  • A self-employed person registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).
  • A private non-profit entity.
  • A civil society.
  • A community of goods.
  • An association of natural or legal persons.
• Having a registered office and tax residence in Spanish territory.
• If applicable, being registered in the special regime for self-employed workers or in the mutual insurance of the corresponding professional association according to their activity, on the date of the contract for which the aid is requested.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

Do not exceed the de minimis aid limit, where the total amount of de minimis aid granted to a single company cannot exceed 300,000 euros during any period of three fiscal years.
