Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Being companies (SMEs or large companies) or individuals (self-employed) who carry out an economic activity.
- A SME is considered to be a company with fewer than 250 people and an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euros or an annual balance sheet not exceeding 43 million euros.
- A small company is one that employs fewer than 50 people and whose annual turnover or balance sheet does not exceed 10 million euros.
- Individuals must be registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers or in an alternative social security mutual.
- For projects aimed at creating new companies, those that are less than 12 months old at the date of application will be considered as such.
- Having a workplace or operational establishment located in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura.
- Making a minimum financial contribution to the project of 25% of the eligible costs, exempt from public aid.
- Developing their activity in the following sectors:
- Priority sectors:
- Extractive, transformative, and manufacturing industries.
- Recycling industries of products that culminate in a semi-finished or finished product.
- Hospitality services in hotels, spa hotels, and rural hotels.
- Technical testing and analysis services (CNAE 712) and Research and Development (CNAE 721).
- Childcare centers.
- Film production, performing arts, and television production.
- Activities in the ICT sector, including CNAEs 5821, 5829, 6110, 6120, 6130, 6201, and 6311.
- Preferred sectors:
- Activities in the tourism sector (CNAEs 55, 56, and 93, except for group 563).
- Activities in the health sector (CNAEs 86 and 88).
- Other activity sectors: All activities not included in the previous groups and that are not expressly excluded.
- Priority sectors:
- For projects aimed at creating new companies or establishments, at least one new job must be created.
- Cannot be beneficiaries:
- Non-profit companies, public companies, those predominantly owned by them, public law entities, associations, and foundations.
- Companies that carry out their activity in the excluded sectors:
- Fishing and aquaculture.
- Primary production of agricultural products.
- Transformation and marketing of agricultural products (except in the 4.0 company modality).
- Steel, lignite, and coal sectors.
- Shipbuilding.
- Transport.
- Activities related to export.
- Production and distribution of energy and its infrastructures.
- Collection, treatment, and distribution of water.
- Trade intermediaries or commission agents.
- Financial and insurance services.
- Agricultural services to third parties.
- Real estate and rental of goods or premises.
- Assistance in residential establishments.
- Tobacco shops and establishments for games, lotteries, and betting.
