Company Requirements

To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements

• Have a registered or operating office in Catalonia. An operating establishment is enough: a registered office in Catalonia is not required.
• Be a legal entity: a company (micro, SME or large), an organisation or a cooperative, whether public or private sector. The ICF also accepts self-employed workers, but Kleo only handles legal entities.
• Not be in insolvency, pre-insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings.
• Be up to date on payments with the Spanish tax authority, the Catalan tax authority and Social Security, with no outstanding issues in the repayment of public grants. The ICF Group and the Generalitat's departments verify this electronically; failure to comply prevents the application from being completed.
• Have an identifiable investment project with a detailed budget.

Limits

The following limits apply to this financing line

• Excluded sectors and purposes: the ICF does not finance real-estate development, except for officially protected housing.
• Existing debt is not refinanced.
• Leasing is not offered through this product.
• All other limits (risk concentration, prior group exposure, etc.) depend on each operation and form part of the ICF's internal risk policy, which is not public.
