Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a private legal entity or self-employed (RETA)
- Have a work center in the Valencian Community where the contracted person provides services.
- The following are not eligible:
- Groups of individuals or legal entities, civil societies, communities of goods, or other economic units without legal personality.
- Special Employment Centers (CEE) and Insertion Companies (EI).
- Companies that have been excluded as beneficiaries of employment programs.
- Excluded activities:
- Companies engaged in the primary production of fishery and aquaculture products.
- Companies engaged in the primary production of agricultural products.
- Activities related to the export to third countries or member states.
