Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- The company must be a corporation established with its own legal personality.
- The company must have its tax domicile in Spain.
- The company must carry out its activity mainly in Spain or in another Member State of the EU/EEA.
- The company must engage in activities qualifying as Research and Development (R&D) aimed at creating new scientific or technological knowledge or Technological Innovation (TI) aimed at the significant improvement of existing products or processes.
- In case of requesting early monetization or cash-back, it is necessary to have maintained an average workforce or qualified staff in the last 24 months.
