Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be an SME (including affiliated and related companies), regardless of its legal form:
- Medium-sized enterprise: fewer than 250 employees and annual revenue ≤ 50 M€ or annual balance sheet total ≤ 43 M€.
- Small enterprise: fewer than 50 employees and annual revenue or balance sheet total ≤ 10 M€.
- Microenterprise: fewer than 10 employees and annual revenue or balance sheet total ≤ 2 M€.
- Carry out actual economic activity in Castilla-La Mancha, defined as having an open and operational workplace in the region.
- Be validly incorporated and registered in the appropriate registry at the time of application.
- Carry out one of the eligible activities provided for in the four categories of the Grant.
- In addition to commercial corporations, the following may be eligible:
- Worker cooperatives and employee-owned companies.
- Joint property entities and other for-profit economic units without legal personality, provided they meet the definition of an SME. They must appoint a single representative, document each member’s commitment to implementation and the amount of the grant, and not dissolve until the statute of limitations under Law 38/2003 has expired.
- The company’s activity must not be excluded from the scope of de minimis aid: primary production of agricultural products and products of fishing and aquaculture.
- Sectoral Exclusion in Category 4 (Digital Transformation): Actions under this category are not eligible for grants for companies whose primary economic activity falls under Section C “Manufacturing” of the CNAE-2025.
- The following are not eligible:
- Public companies, companies in which public entities hold a majority stake, and public-law entities.
- Companies whose activity involves the management of a public service, if the project is linked to that public service.
- Second- or higher-degree cooperatives.
- Agri-food cooperatives and Agricultural Processing Companies, as well as second-degree agri-food cooperatives.
- Employee-owned companies whose primary activity is in the agri-food sector.
- Companies that are providers of the same or similar services or suppliers of the same or similar equipment as that for which they are applying for the grant.
