Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a society constituted with its own legal personality.
- Have its tax domicile in Spain.
- Have at least one employee hired under an employment relationship in the General Social Security Regime, who performs R&D activities directly and exclusively, with at least 85% of their working hours dedicated to such activities.
- Have at least one employee hired under a permanent employment contract, with a university degree, higher vocational training, or an equivalent qualification related to the field of R&D, who performs R&D activities directly and exclusively, with at least 85% of their working hours dedicated to such activities.
