Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a natural person or legal entity, a community of property, or an unincorporated partnership. There are no requirements regarding minimum or maximum company size, length of operation, number of employees, or financial criteria.
- Be registered in the Census of Business Owners, Professionals, and Withholding Agents of the Tax Agency (or the equivalent at the regional tax authority), with a registration date prior to the start of the application period.
- Be the owner of one or more hospitality establishments located in Spain.
- Conduct a business activity classified under one of these CNAE codes:
- 55. Accommodation services: 55.1 and 55.10 Hotels and similar accommodations; 55.2 and 55.20 Tourist accommodations and other short-stay accommodations; 55.3 and 55.30 Campgrounds and RV parks; 55.4 and 55.40 Accommodation agency services; 55.9 and 55.90 Other accommodation services.
- 56. Food and beverage services: 56.1 Restaurants and food stalls; 56.11 Restaurants; 56.12 Food stalls; 56.2 Catering and other food services; 56.21 Occasional catering services; 56.22 Regular catering services; 56.3 and 56.30 Beverage services; 56.4 and 56.40 Brokerage services for food and beverage services.
- Possess a valid legal authorization to operate the business at the establishment (to be verified by a sworn statement).
- Joint ownership entities and unincorporated partnerships must appoint, prior to submitting the application, a single representative or authorized agent with sufficient authority to assume the obligations of the beneficiary.
