Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be a society constituted with its own legal personality or a self-employed individual registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA)
- If a company, have fewer than 250 employees
- If a company, have an annual turnover of less than 50 million euros or a total balance sheet of less than 43 million euros
- Have at least one employee hired under a contract
- Have a tax residence or at least one establishment, production branch, or activity in the Community of Madrid.
- Have at least one worker hired in the Community of Madrid
- Not be a public entity
- Carry out its activity mainly in the Community of Madrid.
- Have obtained or be in the process of obtaining a social responsibility certification (such as SA8000, ISO 26000, IQNet SR10), or have implemented verifiable plans or actions in the field of social responsibility.
