Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- To be companies (individuals or legal entities), labor societies or cooperatives, communities of goods, civil societies or non-profit entities.
- The General State Administration, the Administrations of the Autonomous Communities, local administration entities, and their linked public organizations will not be able to be beneficiaries.
- The indefinite contract must represent a net increase in permanent employment compared to the average permanent workforce of the previous 90 calendar days (excluding voluntary departures).
