Company Requirements
To be able to apply for this financing line, your company must meet the following requirements
- Be an SME or a large company in the industrial sector. SME status is determined according to Annex I of Regulation (EU) 651/2014:
- Small company: fewer than 50 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet not exceeding 10 million euros.
- Medium-sized company: fewer than 250 employees and annual turnover not exceeding 50 million euros or annual balance sheet not exceeding 43 million euros.
- Have at least one workplace in the Community of Madrid, where the measures must be carried out.
- Have a CNAE-2025 code within one of these divisions:
- 07-09 Mining and quarrying (metal ores, other mining and support activities).
- 10-11 Food products and beverages.
- 13-18 Textiles, wearing apparel, leather, wood and cork, paper, and printing.
- 19-23 Coke and refined petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, rubber and plastics, and other non-metallic mineral products.
- 24-30 Basic metals, fabricated metal products, computer, electronic and optical products, electrical equipment, machinery, motor vehicles and other transport equipment.
- 31-33 Furniture, other manufacturing, and repair and installation of machinery.
- 35 Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply.
- 36-39 Water collection and supply, sewerage, waste and remediation.
- Energy service companies (ESCOs) acting under an energy services contract may also apply, passing the aid on to the owner or operator of the facility, which must hold one of the CNAE codes above.
- Only a legal entity can submit the application.
